Pam and her husband share their time with three adult children, a senile cat, and a shaggy dog. Active in the dental field for 25 years, Pam began her career as a registered dental assistant before teaching four-handed dentistry and clinical management at the University of the Pacific, School of Dentistry.

She has been an internationally-recognized practice management consultant for more than 20 years, specializing in leadership, team cohesiveness and accountability, management systems, customer service, increasing profitability, and chairside techniques/ergonomics. Her skills and knowledge are well recognized in General, Orthodontic, Endodontic, Pedodontic, and Periodontal practices. Pam has been instrumental in bringing practice management concepts to both Sweden and Portugal, and most recently Italy.

Pam is a member of the American Society for Training and Development and has co-authored the book Get Paid for Your Services, a SOPs manual, with her business partners, and authored articles for the Trojan Newsletter, ADA Journal, and a variety of dental society newsletters.

Additionally, she has been awarded certification by Bent Ericksen & Associates on Employee Law & Policies. Also, Pam is endorsed and trained by Marsha Freeman in assisting practices in creating Standard Operating Procedures for dental office systems and protocols.
